What expenses may qualify?

Assistance may be available for eligible costs not covered by insurance, including heat and electric bills, phone service, rent, transportation, treatment-related hotel stays, groceries, home or car insurance, and medically necessary equipment or supplies. Assistance is generally paid directly to the vendor.

Can the Foundation pay physicians’ fees or copays?

No. The program does not pay doctors’ fees or medical copays.

Who qualifies?

Applicants must meet the current service-area, active-treatment, documentation, and financial-need requirements. See Eligibility and Qualifications.

How do I apply?

Download the 2026 Financial Assistance Application. An oncologist, radiologist, or qualified oncology social worker must verify the application.

How much assistance is available?

Available funding and program limits may change. Contact the Foundation for the current limits before submitting an application.
